The
College Bound Scholarship requires students and parents to sign a
pledge before they complete their eighth grade year. Students who
maintain that pledge - keep their grades above a 2.0, do not commit any
crimes and graduate from high school are guaranteed full tuition and a
stipend for books at any postsecondary school of their choosing
(vocational schools, technical institutes, community colleges, 4 year
universities).
