Natural Leaders

Alderwood Middle NATURAL LEADERS

Natural Leaders are multi-cultural parents and family members that serve as a bridge between families, community, and school. Students do better in school when their families are engaged. WABS Natural Leader's Program gives families the tools to break down language, cultural, and systemic barriers so all families are empowered to engage.

What do they do?

  • Engage in new learning to support their goals
  • Create events families want and need
  • Build relationships with families and staff
