Alderwood offers the following sports to our students:​

Season 1

8th Grade Football (non-cut)

Cross Country - 7th and 8th Grade (non-cut)

Girls Softball - One 7th and 8th Grade team combined (cut sport)

Season 2

7th and 8th Grade Boys Basketball - Two separate teams (cut sport)

7th and 8th Grade Girls Volleyball - Two separate teams (cut sport)
7th and 8th Grade Boys Soccer - One team  (cut sport)
7th and 8th Grade Girls Soccer - One team  (cut sport)

Season 3

7th and 8th Grade Girls Basketball - Two separate teams (cut sport)

Wrestling - Co-ed squad (non-cut)
                        Weight Permit Required
